Time Recording
On line timer & diary entries, batch input, download from spreadsheets and hand held / pocket PC’s.
Case Management
TRACS holds comprehensive Case information including: Full Client details, Key Event dates, estimates, responsible officer, case
categories etc.
Resource Management
Provides key management information on staff time including analysis of chargeable time, analysis of non-chargeable time,
chargeable / non-chargeable split etc.
Scale Fees
TRACS can charge for work on a fee basis e.g. Architectural Fee Scales and allows you to set up your own fees and formulae.
Best Value Reporting
TRACS is currently used by authorities to generate Best Value performance measurement relating jobs completed on target and within
budget. It is also used to generate average cost of jobs thus allowing comparison with your targets or external bodies.
Costing & Charging
Full flexibility of charging is offered with the ability to charge weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or job completion. Invoices are generated if required together with
journal uploads.
Report Writer
Whilst the system produces standard reports the key to its success is the fully integrated Report Writer, which allows the
creation of customised reports to meet exact requirements of managers. Reports can be produced in any format, order,
summary level you require and be printed, exported or sent via e-mail in HTML format.
